1. Ownership of Artwork & Tattoo Images

  • All tattoos displayed on www.josetorrestattoo.com are original works created by Jose Torres and/or other licensed artists at Sacred Raven Tattoo.
  • These works are protected under U.S. Copyright Law, international treaties, and applicable intellectual property laws.
  • We do not use third-party image providers or stock tattoo designs. Every tattoo shown is authentic and created in-house.

2. Use Restrictions

Unless you have received prior written permission, you may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any tattoo images or artwork
  • Use our images for commercial purposes, including in advertising or on merchandise
  • Trace, copy, or otherwise reproduce our custom tattoo designs for re-tattooing elsewhere

Use of our images without permission may result in legal action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

3. Client Rights

  • As a client, you have the right to display your tattoo on your own body and to share personal photos of your tattoo.
  • However, the underlying design remains the property of the artist who created it, and you may not authorize reproductions or derivative works for commercial use without written consent.

4. Portfolio & Promotional Use

  • By receiving a tattoo at Sacred Raven Tattoo, you acknowledge and agree that photos of your completed tattoo may be used in our portfolio, on our website, or in promotional materials.
  • If you prefer your tattoo not be photographed or shared, please inform your artist prior to your session.

5. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content on this site infringes on your intellectual property rights, or if our original artwork has been used elsewhere without permission, please contact:
